Thank you to all those who shared this Summit journey with me and shared your own leadership experiences: Ellen Schall, Catherine Ang, Yvonne Garcia, Dr. Choosing responsibility means rising above the challenges, which can lead to a transformation that fundamentally changes you and the people you serve for the better.Īt the Women’s Summit, I was reminded that in my position, my greatest hope is to support other women in creating a legacy and creating conditions that allow people to rise, overcome challenges, and create their beautiful moments. I am deeply thankful for this experience, as being a leader means choosing responsibility, which sometimes means no pauses or breaks. Investing in ourselves and others is important.

My greatest takeaway from this Summit is the level of responsibility we have agreed to and our commitment to ourselves, our staff, and the diverse communities we serve. In addition, thank you for having the foresight to plan such a celebration of women during Women’s History month. Noel Anderson for envisioning and curating an experience where women in leadership could come together in a beautiful place to live through and learn from our strengths as women leaders while watching each of us emerge as stronger versions of ourselves, immersed in this uniquely rare leadership opportunity.
